The result is a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, made from carefully selected raw materials and crafted using traditional methods that respect time, techniques, and knowledge passed down in the heart of Emilia. The product is aged for several months in oak barrels, which give it an intense yet harmonious aroma, with woody notes and fruity hints blending into a balanced flavor between sweetness and acidity.
