  • Description

The technical wine staff of Premium Wine Selection, coordinated by Luigi Piacentini and winemaker Armando Vesco, carefully and expertly selects wines from the best Italian regions, then enhances and markets them under its own labels. The primary goal is to offer a selection of products that guarantee a perfect balance between quality and affordability, thus meeting the needs of a discerning and diverse audience. Our team, supported by expert collaborators specialized in every phase of production, meticulously oversees the entire winemaking process: from grape cultivation and selection, to harvest, Winefication, aging, and bottling. Additionally, constant technical supervision and rigorous quality controls ensure high production standards and excellent wines in every bottle. Our philosophy integrates the use of modern winemaking technologies with the valuable heritage of experience and tradition passed down through generations across Italy’s wine regions. Within the mosaic of regional excellence that makes up our offering, Le Pirre represents the Sicilian component, an authentic expression of the territory and its history. The name “Pirre” comes from “Pirrere,” a traditional term referring to basaltic and tuff stone quarries, distinctive elements of the Sicilian landscape and symbols of a land rich in character and deep roots. Through Le Pirre, Premium Wine Selection celebrates Sicily and its winemaking vocation, bringing to the table a heritage of intense and authentic flavors, born from a unique terroir and a millennia-old winemaking tradition.
