Vinification
The grapes are harvested in plateaux and then left to dry for 3–4 months in well-ventilated drying rooms. The must is vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23–25°C, with 15–20 days of maceration on the skins.
Aging
After winemaking, the wine is aged for 36 months in 5-hectoliter French oak tonneaux.

65% Corvina, 12% Corvinone, 23% Rondinella
Appearance
Intense ruby red.
Nose
On the nose, it is warm and spicy, marked by a sweet note of ripe fruit and brightened by a subtle hint of citrus.
Taste
On the palate, it is smooth, enveloping, velvety, with a complex and elegant structure.
