Vinification
The grapes are crushed while simultaneously removing the stems. Fermentation temperatures range from 12° to 23°C. This is followed by 30 days of maceration, 12 of which are at cold temperatures. Manual punch-downs are performed three times a day. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Aging
Aged in barrels for 24 months. Aged in bottle for 6 months.

Appearance
Dense and compact garnet red in colour.
Nose
On the nose, it is intense and persistent, with floral and fruity aromas of spirit-soaked sour cherries and dried plums, accompanied by a wide range of sweet spices.
Taste
On the palate, it shows structure and pronounced smoothness, along with velvety tannins.
