Vinification

After crushing and destemming, the must remains in maceration with the skins for six to seven days. The fermentation temperature is kept between 25–26 °C.

After malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine rests in Slavonian oak barrels (capacity 80 hl) for about 8–10 months.

Bouquet with pronounced, very pleasant aromas, reminiscent of oak essence with a thousand shades of toasted almond and plums.

Taste

Taste

Full, warm, and enveloping, with velvety tannins well integrated from the oak aging. Toasted and spicy notes blend with hints of ripe plum, vanilla, and almond, offering a rich, persistent, and harmonious sip, with a long and slightly balsamic finish.
