Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, and the must is then vinified in stainless steel for 18 days at 26–28°C. The subsequent malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel.
Aging
The wine is aged for approximately 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels and then rests for a few more months in the bottle before release.

Deep and complex aroma, with broad spiciness, sweet and ripe fruit notes, and a soft, warm floral hint.
