Vinification
It is carried out in white, separately for each grape variety. Selected yeasts are added to the individual musts, and advanced winemaking techniques and equipment are used to allow very gentle pressing and long fermentations, particularly controlled through appropriate temperatures.
Aging
After careful evaluation of the proportions to be used, it is blended and bottled in May. Over time, it proves to be a wine of great stability and aging potential, especially after two or more years from bottling.

Intense, deep, and bright straw-yellow colour.
Nose
Intense and fresh notes reminiscent of fresh fruit. It is captivating and pleasant.
Taste
Pronounced tropical fruit notes, accompanied by hints of sweet citrus and banana aromas. It finishes with an intense, persistent, elegant, and thoroughly satisfying finale.
