Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed using bladder presses. The must, immediately cooled, is allowed to settle statically and then transferred to stainless steel vessels for fermentation, which takes place at a temperature of 18 °C.
Aging
After winemaking, the wine is aged for several months in stainless steel tanks.
