Vinification
White vinification, performed for all white grape varieties, using selected yeasts and modern winemaking techniques and equipment to enable very gentle pressing, prioritizing quality of juice over yield.
Aging
The wine is bottled two years after harvest. It remains in contact with the fermentation lees for over 6 months, after which a single racking is performed before bottling.

Immediate notes of flint, with intense hints of hydrocarbons blended with nuances of hazelnut butter and orange blossom.
Taste
Rich, oily yet fluid and persistent, with lingering, balanced notes reminiscent of dried and citrus fruit. A wine of incredible length and elegance.
