Vinification
From the first harvest of Sangiovese grapes, a selection of grapes is gently pressed, followed by cold static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 16 °C in stainless steel.
Aging
Aged on the lees for 5 months.

Pale Provençal pink in colour.
Nose
A clear nose of pomegranate and rose, with hints of lavender, red currant, and ginger, revealing also a chalky and fruity note of wild strawberry.
Taste
On the palate, it is savory and lively, unfolding fresh and light with a mentholated touch, finishing on late-harvest mandarin, pink grapefruit, and violet, with hints of aromatic herbs.
