Vinification
Vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Maceration lasts 40 days, followed by malolactic fermentation lasting 20 days.
Aging
Aged for 22 months in 5-hectoliter oak barrels, followed by bottle aging for a minimum of 8 months.

Elegant, full-bodied red colour.
Nose
Intense aroma of sour cherry, with lovely softness, supported by the characteristic structure of refined Sangiovese.
Taste
Well-balanced, with lively acidity and soft tannins. It shows notes of ripe red fruit, spices such as black pepper and juniper, and hints of tobacco and dark chocolate, finishing long and fresh.
