Vinification
The base wine is produced with brief contact of the must with the skins and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging
Bottling and secondary fermentation in the bottle (prise de mousse) follow. Before disgorgement, the wine ages on the lees for 40 months.

Appearance
Coppery pink colour with subtle salmon reflections.
Nose
Intense and sweet floral aromas of rose and wisteria, accompanied by hints of apple that lead into notes of small red fruits, such as cherry and currant.
Taste
On the palate, it is lively and stimulating; the carbon dioxide develops with energy, giving a fresh, smooth, and balanced taste. It reveals a mineral and citrus aftertaste.
