Vinification
The base wine is produced by fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging
Bottling and secondary fermentation in the bottle (prise de mousse) follow. Before disgorgement, the wine ages on the lees for at least 30 months.

Appearance
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Nose
On the nose, it presents intense aromas of ripe fruit, wrapped in delicate notes of white flowers, dried fruit, and fragrant yeast.
Taste
On the palate, the lower pressure, characteristic of the Satèn style, results in a soft and creamy release of carbon dioxide, enhancing the sweet sensations of fruit and spice, supported by fresh acidity in a long finish.
