Vinification
White vinification, as is customary for all white grapes, using selected yeasts and employing advanced winemaking techniques and equipment that allow very gentle pressing, even at the expense of grape-to-must yields.
Aging
Bottled during the month of April, this wine, due to its remarkable complexity, is undoubtedly long-lived, capable of maintaining and enhancing its initial characteristics over time while preserving its original freshness. If well stored, even five years after bottling it can be rediscovered as a wine with great aromatic and tasting potential.

Broad floral notes blend with fragrances of sweet citrus and delicate flowers, finishing with an elegant hint of sweet, noble almond. The finish of this incredible Friulian white is slow and very prolonged.
