Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed using bladder presses. The must, immediately cooled, is allowed to settle statically and then transferred to stainless steel containers for fermentation, which takes place at 18°C.
Aging
After fermentation, the wine ages for several months in stainless steel tanks.

On the nose, it offers intense yet delicate aromas, reminiscent of juicy fruit, white flowers, and subtle hints of citrus.

On the palate, it is harmonious and balanced, dry and full-bodied, refreshed by lively acidity that extends into a pleasantly almond-like finish.
