Vinification
Vinification begins with gentle pressing of the whole grapes, using a Bucher Inertys press to prevent oxidation and preserve aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 18°C, with a brief period on fine lees.
Aging
Aging continues in the bottle for 2–4 months.

Appearance
Intense straw yellow colour with beautiful golden reflections, bright.
Nose
The aroma is intense, fragrant, and distinctive, with pleasant and elegant notes of apricot and citrus on a very subtle mineral and rusty background.
Taste
The taste is warm, savory, and harmonious, with mineral and juicy notes.
