Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and then gently pressed. The must then ferments in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
Aging
The wine ages in stainless steel and then for a few more months in the bottle before release.

90% Manzoni Bianco, 10% Riesling
Appearance
Bright straw yellow colour.
Nose
Fine and delicate aroma, with notes of peach, apple, and tropical fruit. It has a very balanced floral bouquet.
Taste
On the palate, it is savory and mineral, with good acidity, extremely elegant, and a long finish.
