Vinification
Traditional white vinification. Fermentation carried out partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barriques. The following spring after the harvest, the secondary fermentation took place.
Aging
Aging and lees contact for over 4 years, followed by disgorgement.

Straw yellow colour with golden reflections.
Nose
Broad and complex aroma, with yeast and fruit notes blending in harmony.
Taste
The fine perlage gives the palate a silky texture and lasting persistence.
