Vinification
Traditional white vinification with brief cold maceration of the must. Fermentation carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks. The following spring after the harvest, the secondary fermentation took place.
Aging
Aging and lees contact for 24–36 months, followed by disgorgement.

Pale pink colour with a slight coppery hue.
Nose
Very delicate and fruity aroma, with strawberry and small red berries.
Taste
Spicy palate, very fresh and inviting, with a pronounced mineral finish. Fine and persistent perlage.
