Vinification
White vinification with a short cold maceration of the crushed grapes. Fermentation carried out partly in small oak barrels and partly in stainless steel vessels, followed by extended time on the lees.
Aging
The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel and an additional 2 months in the bottle before release.

Straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Nose
On the nose, it is extremely complex and varietal.
