Vinification
White vinification, as is done for all white grapes, using selected yeasts and employing advanced winemaking techniques and equipment that allow very gentle pressing, even at the expense of juice yield.
Aging
Bottled during the month of April, it has good complexity and is generally a long-lived wine, capable of maintaining and enhancing its characteristics over time. It offers a pleasant freshness. If well preserved, even five years after bottling it reveals great olfactory and gustatory potential.
Grape Variety
Pinot Grigio
Appearance
Dense straw-yellow colour with pinkish reflections, reminiscent of the typical hue of the copper-toned grape.
Nose
Intense aromas of meadow flowers and linden blossom.
Taste
Broadly balanced, with a long, full-bodied finish and absolute elegance.
