Vinification
Traditional white vinification, carried out partly in small oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. Extended time on the lees before bottling to enhance flavour and structure.
Aging
The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel and an additional 2 months in the bottle before release.

Straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Nose
On the nose, it is extremely complex and varietal.
Taste
On the palate, it is structured, round, and long, with complex aromas of undergrowth, sometimes slightly smoky or floral.
