Vinification
Dried in the fruttaio for 120 days. Pressing takes place in mid-January with destemming of the grapes.
Aging
After fermentation, the wine is aged in wood and then in the bottle. Naturally stabilized.
Grape Variety
70% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella
Appearance
Ruby red in colour with violet reflections.
Nose
It reveals an intensely fruity aroma, fragrant with red fruits, particularly raspberry, morello cherry, plum, and damson.
Taste
It has a generously sweet, smooth, and creamy taste, with warm notes of dried grapes on the finish. Never cloying, it is a unique sweet red wine in the Italian wine landscape.
