Vinification
White vinification with a short cold maceration of the crushed grapes; fermentation carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks; extended time on the lees.
Aging
The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel and an additional 2 months in the bottle before release.

Appearance
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Nose
The aroma is extremely complex and varietal.
Taste
On the palate it is harmonised and pleasingly acidic. Thanks to its structure and acidity it is one of the longest‑lived white wines around.
