Vinification
The selected grapes (only the first clusters from each shoot) are harvested strictly by hand. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in large wooden vats for 10–12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels.
Aging
Aged for 18 months in French oak tonneaux and barriques (second- and third-use), with periodic racking and topping up. Subsequently, it spends one month in stainless steel for blending before bottling without any filtration. It then rests for an additional 4–5 months in the bottle before release.

85% Nerello Mascalese, 15% Nerello Cappuccio
Appearance
Bright ruby red colour.
Nose
On the nose, pleasant fragrances of cherry, raspberry, forest fruits, spices, and vanilla can be perceived.
Taste
On the palate, it is warm and smooth, with velvety tannins.
