Vinification
The destemmed and pressed grapes are placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats; fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature with frequent pump-overs.
Aging
After fermentation, the wine matures in 20- and 30-hectoliter oak barrels for 1 year. It then rests for a few more months in the bottle before release.

Bright ruby red colour.
Nose
Pronounced, fresh, and characteristic aroma, pleasantly fruity, with recognizable notes of raspberries and cherries, undergrowth, wild violet, and lightly spicy hints.
Taste
On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied yet delicate, harmonious, and persistent. Fruity, sweet, soft, and ripe notes are intertwined with dense and fairly vigorous tannins, resulting in a lively and satisfying drinking experience.
