Vinification
As is customary for all red grapes, enzymes and selected yeasts are added, with frequent pump-overs alternated with délestage, to achieve a better and more immediate extraction of colour compounds.
Aging
Bottled in late spring, this wine is able to preserve over time the complexity and freshness typical of the vintage, making it unmistakable. Undoubtedly a wine of remarkable balance and consistent quality.

Notes of lightly macerated red fruits well integrated with its alcohol.
Taste
On the palate, it is velvety, with tannins present but well harmonized in a supple body that highlights the typical characteristics of the grape. Never eccentric, never excessive. This is Merlot at its best, produced only in the finest vintages.
