Vinification
The must is vinified in stainless steel tanks with 6 days of maceration at a controlled temperature.
Aging
The wine is aged for at least 6 to 12 months. Seventy percent of the aging takes place in stainless steel tanks, while the remaining thirty percent is in 20-hectoliter oak barrels.
