Vinification
Crushing and destemming of the grapes. Fermentation temperature from 25 to 28 °C. Maceration for 10 days with programmed punch-downs three times a day. Stored in stainless steel until February. “Ripasso” over the Amarone pomace with 15 days of contact at 15 °C, with daily punch-downs. Malolactic fermentation complete.
Aging
Transferred to barrels at the end of May for about 10 months. Natural stabilization with racking, without filtration.

Appearance
Deep ruby red.
Nose
On the nose, it releases complex aromas of red fruit and reveals itself as vinous and spicy.
Taste
On the palate, it is harmonious, full, and velvety, with a proper balance between tannins and acidity.
